Does anyone knows how to repair Office 2013 to fix this?

We have a lot of pcs that keeps having this problem. I Don't know what else I can do to fix it...

Hello,

There might be several reasons for occuring this error like  Add-Ins, antivirus software etc. 

You should try to open Micorsoft Outlook in safe mode to examine if any add-in is causing the problem.

To open MS Outlook in safe mode: Press Window Key + R (combination) >> Type outlook.exe<space>/safe without quotes.

If your MS Outlook works fine in safe mode, then follow the given below steps to disable add-Ins.

Click on File Tab >> Options >> Add-Ins >> Select Com Add-ins >> click on Go button in the Manage section >> clear the checkbox to disable it.
